2. Click the 'Update credit card' link under the 'Billing' section
3. Enter your new card information and click 'Update Credit Card'

1. Log in and open your Account
2. Click the 'View or cancel subscription' link under 'Billing'
3. Click the 'Cancel subscription' link under the subscription you want to cancel

Note: In cases where a third party provides access, the cancel option might not be available. Send us an email at support@mypodplan.co.uk, and we'll handle the cancellation for you.

Please keep in mind that cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the monthly billing term.

3. Fill in the form and click 'Update Email'
4. You will see an email confirmation message popup appear
5. Open the email in your inbox and click the 'Click Here' link to confirm the change.

3. Change any information you want then click 'Update Details' at the bottom.

3. Enter the new card details and click 'Update Payment Method'

The best way to explore the platform is by logging in and starting at the dashboard. Use the navigation bar for quick access to all key sections.

Just head to your dashboard and click on any Premium feature.

• If your plan includes access, you’ll go straight to the feature.
• If not, you’ll be taken to the Premium plan page, where you can enter your card details to upgrade instantly.

You can cancel Premium anytime and go back to your current access level.

If you think you should already have access, just reach out to PodSupport—we’ll be happy to check your account for you!

After clicking the invitation link, they'll review and accept access terms, then create their own login credentials. Once complete, they'll have immediate access to all the same content and features as the main member.
